Jeffrey M. Feldman
Jeffrey M. Feldman named 2025 White Plains “Lawyer of the Year” for Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants in 31st Edition of The Best Lawyers In America®. Jeff has received “Lawyer of the Year” four times (2020, 2021, 2023, & 2025). Jeff attended Ithaca College where he received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry in 1974. He then went on to Syracuse University Law School where he graduated with honors in December 1977. Jeff was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1978 and started his career as the confidential law clerk to the Hon. Robert C. Williams, Justice of the Supreme Court.
In 1980, Jeff entered private practice as a litigator in the New York State and Federal Courts. Jeff and Paul Kleidman founded the firm of Feldman & Kleidman (today known as Feldman, Kleidman, Collins & Sappe LLP) in 1986. He is a personal injury attorney and also focuses on medical malpractice defense.
Jeff is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Dutchess County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice and the New York Medical Defense Bar Association.

Jeff is active in many community organizations. He is a past president of both the Jewish Community Center of Dutchess County and of the LaGrange Soccer Club. Jeff continues as a board member of the LaGrange Soccer Club as well as the Town of LaGrange Recreation Committee. Jeff Feldman became Chairperson of Hospice Foundation Inc. of Dutchess and Ulster Counties in 2014 and also serves on the board of Hospice, Inc. Jeff created the Paul S. Kleidman Scholarship Fund which provides a scholarship to an Arlington High School graduate, who is college bound and whose life was affected by a close family member having a life-threatening illness. Jeff is one of the founders of the Howard K. Spieler Fund which was an annual bike ride which raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to buy gifts for underprivileged children. The bike ride does not occur anymore but the interest on principal continues to fund Howie’s mission. Jeff resides with his wife in the town of LaGrange and has three grown children and two grandchildren.
