Settlement of $860,000 was obtained for a man killed in a motor vehicle accident

Settlement of $860,000 was obtained for a man killed in a motor vehicle accident when he was struck by a truck while  travelling on Route 84 in Fishkill.  A recovery of $100,000 was part of the settlement to compensate the man’s son, who was a passenger in the vehicle and who suffered a fractured leg.
