A settlement of 1.42 million dollars was obtained on the eve of trial for a man who suffered multiple fractures of the foot due to a motorcycle accident.  The defendant claimed, as did the initial police investigation, that our client was the cause of the accident.  Our investigator found a witness to the accident, who was not listed on the police report, who verified our client’s version of events that resulted in the settlement of the case.
