As New York State continues its phased re-opening, we are excited to share that the staff of Feldman, Kleidman, Coffey & Sappe LLP returned to the office on Tuesday, June 9. In mid-March, our firm willingly shifted employees to remote work to protect the welfare of both staff and clients, which has always been our top priority. Under these circumstances, our team continued to work diligently, never missing a beat and consistently exceeding client needs, even from a distance.
As the world forges a path to a new normal, we are treading carefully. While we are thrilled to be reunited with one another, and with those we serve, we do not take this privilege for granted. Health and safety matter most of all, which is why the following protocols are in place:
- Extensive daily sanitization of office
- Use of face masks in the presence of others
- Observation of social distancing guidelines (six feet apart minimum)
- Screening everyone who enters the office for COVID-19 symptoms daily, including employees, clients, delivery personnel, guests, etc.
- Regular and thorough hand washing and provision/use of sanitizer
Our firm has always believed in the power of community and remains committed to keeping our neighbors safe, healthy and supported through this difficult time. For weeks, we have been spotlighting Hudson Valley heroes who have stepped up to serve others during COVID-19. We will continue to share stories of people and organizations making a difference for those in need and hope that you will join us in thanking frontline workers for their incredible dedication and sacrifice. Their meaningful work will not end here, and it is critical that we all do our part to minimize the potential for a second wave.
Returning to the office is a wonderful and encouraging step forward, and, no matter where we work, our firm will always protect the best interests of those we serve. Together, we will emerge stronger and more connected than ever before.
