$350,000 settlement for a veteran who slipped and fell on ice

$350,000 settlement for a Vietnam veteran who slipped and fell on ice in a parking lot resulting in vertigo and PTSD. The client had an extensive medical history inclusive of PTSD however, it was claimed that his fall exacerbated his PTSD and ultimately caused him to retire early from his job.
Liability was difficult to establish since the fall occurred during a snow storm in progress. Based upon our successful motion and appellate practice, a settlement was achieved.
