Jeff Feldman successfully defended a local ob/gyn in a failure to diagnose breast cancer lawsuit. It was alleged that the physician failed to pay sufficient heed to the patient’s complaints of an irregularity in her breast. It was proven that the patient was fabricating much of her version of the events claimed.
