Wayne M. Rubin is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Amherst College and has a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado. He earned his law degree from the Cornell University School of Law and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in New York.
After working two years as a Reginald Heber Smith Community Law Fellow in Newburgh, New York, Wayne served as Confidential Law Clerk to the Honorable Henry W. Lengyel of the New York State Court of Claims. Wayne entered private practice in 1984 and joined Feldman, Kleidman & Coffey LLP in Fishkill, NY (today known as Feldman, Kleidman, Collins & Sappe LLP) in 2012.
Wayne is a long-time member of the Westchester Track Club and headed the Westchester Triathlon Committee for five years. Wayne lives in White Plains with his wife, Judy, a financial planner and avid runner and skier. They have two sons.
